There are many translation services out there. Some of the best are even free. However, they are all text-to-text translation. However, what we offer is Video-to-Text translation service. 

In other words, what makes our Video Translation service unique is that we can take your video, machine-transcribe speech-to-text and then translate it to over 50+ languages. After which, we are able to use these translated text for Video Subtitles (Caption) in Multiple Languages.

In the hunt for added capabilities for indexing and search, VideoSpace is happy to announce that we are currently looking into adding Video OCR (optical character recognition) technology as part of our enterprise offering. 

Video OCR, is a lot more advanced than mere OCR in documents and even images, because it has to go through each individual frame of video. 

For VideoSpace, this means that we are looking into the possibilities to incorporate 2 state-of-the-art technologies and techniques to enable search - Video Indexing and Video OCR.

Exciting news for VideoSpace! In addition to English and Spanish, we will be able to index and search 6 NEW languages very soon. These 6 new languages are:

VideoSpace is proud to announce that we will be live streaming Nobel Prize Laureate Sir Andre Geim in an exclusive event hosted by University of Manchester.

This exclusive event titled "‘In conversation’ with the President & Vice-Chancellor, Professor Dame Nancy Rothwell and Nobel Prize winner Professor Sir Andre Geim" will be held at The Fullerton Hotel, Singapore on 4th April 2016. 

Professor Sir Andre Geim won the Nobel Prize for Physics in 2010 for the ground-breaking discovery of wonder material Graphene. He was also awarded the Copley Medal in 2013 for “numerous scientific contributions and, in particular, for initiating research on two-dimensional atomic crystals and their artificial heterostructures” and the Niels Bohr Medal in 2011 for “outstanding contributions to the development of physics”, among many other awards. He holds Kinghthoods from the Netherlands (C.N.L. 2010) and the UK (Kt 2012).

Professor Dame Nancy Rothwell has been President and Vice-Chancellor of The University of Manchester since 2010. She was elected Fellow of the Royal Society in June 2004 and made Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire in June 2005, in recognition of her services to science. She also co-Chairs the Prime Minister’s Council for Science and Technology and is a Deputy Lieutenant for Greater Manchester.
